To ensure a consistently high-quality experience for your customers and extend the lifespan of your Ceclo products, regular maintenance is essential. That’s why we offer various levels of maintenance services tailored to your needs.
THE ESSENTIALS

- In case of a breakdown, get assistance from a technician via WhatsApp, available Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
Included in the price of Ceclo products.
THE USEFUL
- The contents of the Essential pack.

- 1 Maintenance kit per product, for one season*
- Access to tutorial videos to guide you through installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting phases.
5% of the total order amount
*This maintenance kit includes 1 Yamaha Motors propeller kit, 1 Yamaha Motors O-ring kit, and 1 battery connector kit. This maintenance kit will need to be renewed for subsequent seasons.
THE COMFORT

- A 1-hour remote technical training session on setting up your Ceclo product(s). Learn how to use your product, understand all its features, and master maintenance rules.
- On-site intervention by a Fly Tech specialist, either during installation or for corrective maintenance within the 24-month warranty period (limited to 3 days of intervention and up to 6 products per visit).
10% of the total order amount (minimum €50,000 excl. VAT)
